Safety and Ethics Resource Manager

The following information module on Safety and Ethics is designed to guide students to a safe and ethical research environment.

Student experimenters have the responsibility, under the supervision of a qualified adult, to consider the human consequences (benefits and costs) in the development of your science project. The adult supervisor will help you consider if your proposed project has reasonable benefits when the risks are considered.

This is an invitation to learn responsible scientific attitudes. Please do not down play the issues in the face of their complexity. Use the following information with respect and common sense. Please feel free to download and modify the forms appropriate to your situation. E-mail us news of your successes and suggestions. Many thanks.
